Always funny to come across one of your own photos making the rounds in the dash…

Dug through the notes to the original post and it was found on fffound, so no hope of the image credit existing anywhere now that it’s been through so many likes/reblogs…ah, internet. 

The attribution thing is funny: no point in having a hissy fit about it, since I posted it on flickr ages ago (shot ca. 2008 in a love hotel in Kyoto, the image is buried in the bowels of said flickr since I let my pro account expire…) so it’s not some precious capital-A-artwork that I spent hours on…at the same time, not seeing any credit is a minor annoyance. Should I watermark every single image? Bah.

Either way, people seem to forget: if you put it on the internet, you might as well let go of a certain amount of control over it, lest you get yourself sucked into the Quixotic task of hunting down every single person that reblogged you and giving ‘em what-for.
