What’s left of Souris’ famous swinging bridge.
Funny story: the bridge is (was) famous for being the longest swinging suspension bridge in Canada til a town in Ontario snaked that claim by building one 10 feet longer.
Now that the bridge got taken out by the flood, It’ll be 15 feet longer when they rebuild it.
Back home one week from a whirlwind trip to Canada (Vancouver, Winnipeg, Souris).
Jetlag and accompanying cold has worn off, now going through the pics: miss my family and friends in Canada but at the same time, despite normal life annoyances (I have a dentist appointment in an hour and then have to go to work) I love it in Japan. It evens out nicely.
